About these terms

FinNaturals LLC operates finnaturals.com. These terms apply to purchases through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Orders and payment

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. The total price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Prices and product availability may change before an order is placed.

If we cannot fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, an error in a listing, or another fulfillment issue, we will contact you. We will obtain your agreement before charging a higher price or substituting a product. If an order is canceled, we will refund any payment collected for the canceled items and any associated shipping charges that no longer apply.

Products

Review the product description, pellet size, ingredients, and feeding and storage directions before ordering or using a product. Product photos are illustrative, and the appearance of food and packaging may vary. Contact us if you need help choosing a formula.

Shipping

Available destinations, shipping services, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays. Please review our Shipping Policy for details and destination restrictions.

Returns and refunds

Returns, damaged or incorrect orders, and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Privacy and use of the store

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or activity that interferes with its operation.

Changes and your rights

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
